機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

一、主放料和主收料氣漲軸采用固定結(jié)構(gòu)，其余收放料軸采用可移動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是

1、可以根據(jù)產(chǎn)品工藝需要，將對(duì)應(yīng)收放料軸移動(dòng)到與刀座入口最佳的角度位置，減小材料變形，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；

三、模切底軸（砧輥）兩端軸承盒采用新型結(jié)構(gòu)，安裝后能保證底軸（砧輥）Y向竄動(dòng)量小于0.02毫米，從而確保模切Y向套準(zhǔn)精度。

四、氣漲軸采用多瓦片式漲開方式，與鍵條式氣漲軸比較能減小料卷漲開偏心誤差，保證轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。

五、張力控制選用科學(xué)合理的橋式測(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)，使得料帶張力檢測(cè)及控制更為精確。

電氣控制優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

一、操控更靈活：生產(chǎn)線上每一個(gè)氣脹軸均可自由設(shè)定為原料軸（放料軸）、廢料軸（收廢料軸）或成品軸（收成品軸），通過(guò)觸摸屏可方便實(shí)現(xiàn)啟動(dòng)、停止和改變旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。每個(gè)模切工作站可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品工藝要求設(shè)定為主站，可隨時(shí)改變旋轉(zhuǎn)工作方向或停止工作。
