2.Minimum of 6 years Diecut related experience required; two or more years of project management experience strongly encouraged;

5.Good core competencies on Customer Service Orientation, Communication skills, Teamwork, Proactivity, Continuous Improvement, Planning and execution, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.
職責描述：
1.Carry out Design for Manufacture reviews; ensuring that all new products are designed for optimum materials utilization, efficiency and to meet customer requirements;
2.Follow the New Products Introduction (NPI) process requirements to ensure that process stages are delivered on time and to customer requirements;
3.Work with customers’ team to specify product manufacturing requirements;
4.Create prototype and sample products to customer demand;
5.Work with customers’ Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive cost reduction activity;
6.Assist in trials and selection of new production equipment;
7.Support trials to qualify new materials;
8.Provide technical support to Engineers and Technicians;
9.Provide and record part ECN, for quality and cost control.
