職位要求：
1.At least 3 years’ experience of process or manufacturing engineering roles, die cut industry is preferred.
2.Good skill of process improvement and sample monitor.
3.Familiar with NPI process, such as APQP and process flow chart,
4.Familiar with quality and analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D, control plan and etc.
5.Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/ QS 9000/ TS 16949/ISO 14001
6.PC and ERP system literate
職位職責(zé)：
1.Successful execution of new product / sample making and coordination with PPDE on product design.
2.Implement MJC throughout manufacturing processes to make sure product quality.
3.Assist PPDE on equipment / fixture / automatically process proposal for new project designing.
4.Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to achieve CI objectives.
5.Communicate with manufacture regarding design changes and process improvements,
6.Provide support to production team to make sure smooth operations,
7.Communicate and work with PPDE daily to review sample status.
8.Other tasks as assigned.
