-Plant & Process layout experience necessary
-Minimum 5 years Process Design expert with track record in automating manual processes
-Good market knowledge of existing equipment supply base
-Strong Project Management skill & experience necessary.
-Process Mapping skill preferred
-PFMEA skill preferred
-Strong understanding of Process Control integration as well as ‘Mistake Proofing’ Techniques.

-Evaluate, Define & Execute Programs to provide competitive advantage / best in class manufacturing processes & related equipment.
-Define Technology Roadmap for future state manufacturing process.
-Analyse & Benchmark current state of art equipment availability in market
-Identify improvement opportunities in existing manufacturing processes
-Define Project Scope & Justification for individual programs
-Define & Manage Project Implementation.
