職位要求：
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 yrs experience in a samples prototyping or process engineering role in die cut industry;
3. Experience of process improvement;
4. Team work
5. Good communication skills in Chinese, English will be advantage
6. Be familiar with FMEA, SPC, CPK
Know ISO 9001, or QS 9000, TS 16949
職位職責(zé)：
1. Support NPI engineer on new products/samples to meet customer requirement.
2. Review sample BOM/Routing to ensure correct manufacturing parameters and information to be achievable;
3. Ensure production operators, IPQC and CQC to understand how to make and inspect the parts and follow the key process control points.
4. Communicate with PPD engineer regarding design changes and process improvements.
5. Have capability for to conduct training for operators.
6. Have good experience of laser and Magic/FB machine line, experience on Rotory Die Cuts will be preferred.
7. Ensure processes are efficient, effective and function in a safe working mode.
8. Other duties as assigned.
